Your codes keep working. Your plan's scan allowance is soft - go past it and every code carries on resolving exactly as before, and we email you rather than switching anything off. That is deliberate. A printed QR code is not something you can take back, and several competitors deactivate codes when a scan cap is hit. We treat a busy month as a good sign, not a violation. One limit does stop a code, and it is one you set yourself. "Scan limit per code" is an optional cap you put on a single code, and that code stops resolving once it is reached. That is deliberate and it is your own setting, not a plan limit. Only Starter has a scan allowance at all - 10,000 a month. Business and above are unlimited. Code and seat limits work differently: those are checked when you create one, so you get a clear prompt to upgrade instead of a surprise.

Yes, from the Business plan up. Business includes one custom domain, Professional three, and Enterprise ten. Starter does not include a domain slot - codes on that plan use a QR Hero short link. Extra domains are EUR 15 per month each on any plan that supports them. Your own domain matters more than it sounds for printed codes: it is what lets you move to another provider later without reprinting anything.

Yes. A plan with a trial gives you that plan's full feature set, free, for the number of days shown on the plan itself. The length is set per plan, so read it off the plan card rather than assuming one number covers all of them - and a plan with no trial simply shows no trial badge. We do ask for a card before the trial starts. It is verified with a zero-amount authorisation, which confirms the card is real without taking a payment - nothing is charged while the trial runs. Billing starts only when the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point before that. There is no permanently free plan.

Annual billing is charged once a year at the discounted rate shown when you toggle "Annual" above. You can switch back to monthly at your next renewal.
