QR Hero for Hotels & hospitality
Room-specific codes on your own domain - guests reach housekeeping, menus, and local tips without an app, and you re-point them seasonally without touching a sticker.
Static room signage can't keep up: a new spa promo, a menu change, or a rebrand means physically replacing collateral in every room on every floor.
Each room's code is dynamic - swap what room 412 points to for the season, per floor, or hotel-wide, from one dashboard, with the printed sticker untouched.
Room-specific guest portals
Each room's code opens a branded portal on your domain - housekeeping requests, room service, checkout times, local recommendations. No app download.
Contactless check-in & checkout
A code at the entrance or in the pre-arrival email routes to mobile check-in; a code by the door handles express checkout on departure day.
F&B and amenity upsell
Codes at the pool, gym, and restaurant point to menus and spa or activity booking pages - monetizing signage that used to be static.
Post-stay reviews & loyalty
A code on the receipt or in-room card routes to review and loyalty flows, with tracking to see which properties drive reviews.

QR Hero doesn't yet integrate directly with property management systems (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds) - room codes are provisioned in the dashboard or via the API, not auto-created from your PMS reservation data.
Yes - create a code per room (dashboard or API), organize them per property, and update destinations individually, per floor, or across the whole portfolio at once.
Yes. Codes redirect through a domain you own, like stay.yourhotel.com - guests see your brand in the link preview, not a third-party shortener.
Yes. The organization and brand structure is built for groups: separate brands per property, shared team access, and per-property analytics rolled up centrally.
Not yet - codes aren't auto-provisioned from reservation systems. Rooms are set up once in the dashboard or scripted via the API, and rarely need touching after that.
